Serious technical traders would wait for a confirmed reversal. Waiting for a close above the 10 DMA at the minimum would be a strategy for aggressive traders. Other traders would wait for a break through the 50 DMA.
Waiting for the RSI to get below 30 is another variable to wait to buy in.
Of course, if they have awesome news.....
