Yeah dilution is one of the things that has been killing shareholder value and has in particular been an issue for me with most of my holdings over the past few months.

There is the big cash grab for the company executives but its the honest investors who pay the price !

Actually the asset acquisition or company improvement should balance the dilution but it never seems to work that way .
