The dilution has destroyed this stock...Now it is stock that you have to hold for 3 years to make your money back. Add to that the ceo is going to keep diluting the hell out of the price per share.

If you can get out run for the hills.....and wait until the dilution is done and after the reverse split that resets everything....cleans it all up

then after that buy back in...if the company has good financials
