I’m not sure I understand you. I've never claimed to short MAXD. I’m only buying and holding here.

In your Youtube video, your professional says more than once that you can short penny stocks. Very costly to 99% of the trading community.

I don’t know why anyone would risk so much to short this company. Unless it was a last desperate attempt to break them before court next week.
