Terrific price. I tried so very hard to add but I've got to hold firm on borrowings via margin and my determination to always be able to cover debt with cash readily at hand.

Another rule I have is to not sell a quarterly high yield payer so I could buy a stock solely for the appreciation opportunity. It's one thing for me to be wrong, another to let go of the fail-safe opportunity of a hi-payer.
