Why are escrow shares still in our accounts, (signed releases)? What would be the point of these escrow shares still in our account even after giving new WMIH shares , if they were not to be used for the 75/25 distribution? If what you are saying is correct, why were they not removed from our accounts, once the news shares were placed in our accounts?
