coreect, we do not know what the initial exchange price will be. HOWEVER, our OVIT shares would be exchanged for new ones in the new company and we could make unlimited appreciation in ensuing years, IF we liked the technogly and held our shares.

so bigworm is right, anybody have ANY idea who the new guys are and what their clinical trial pipeline looks like ???????????????????
