IMO- I think the company is moving in the right direction.

Fact - The fundamental are poor. Current P/E is (-.00044) based on last 10Q. 247MM shares (108K) loss.

Analysis- even at ten times valuation of the current P/E would be at .00396.

IMO - Current price in the .006 - .007 range is based on positive speculation about companies future but not supported by actual financial data. Good news could push price higher but couldn't stay higher without financial support.
