Well thought out post. There certainly is a lot of negative posts on AMFE that are not supported by evidence / DD lately, but in the end, holding long is the best play for a performing company. Certainly many of us, myself included, thought we would be through this phase by now, but everything always takes longer than anyone wants. 

We know what we own here and the type of company we invested in so we will continue on this successful journey. The audit will get done and it will be a different ballgame once we uplist to the OTC:QB and beyond. Cheers!
