I understand the Company's current position. While I dont agree with not keeping up the registration and Governance Docs I can see the value of the Purchase Agreement of Chanbond as an overriding factor in owning the stock.

There are still issues that have to be dealt with by 2020 but I have rescinded my overly negative view of Unified Online.
