This is complete fiction, first issue is the word "relisted", they were never listed in the first place as only exchange securities are listed securities. SLNN was simply quoted on the OTC, that is not the same thing as listed.
You claim the process for "listing" has begun, yet there are no documents to show that it has begun. First they would actually have to file, don't see a single filing anywhere. Second they would also file a Form 211, don't see one of those either. Third they would have to get through the SEC period of time before it becomes effective.
Yet none of this matters for the revoked security rotting in your trading account.
They were revoked because they failed to file for 2 years.
