I haven't been on FB in a couple of years. My point is I have never had an issue with a purchase from HD. However I do suggest that when people are buying a big box item from them to check the packaging to see if it has been opened. It is something I do. If it looks like it has been opened grab another one instead.

I do it simply because of the fact that someone might have returned something but an item is missing.
