So I have re-visited my thoughts around the June 13th date. We have lead it to be this significant end all-be all event where this perfect scenario plays out. I would certainly like that but looking at the timelines of these proceedings, I have a modified version.

I think there is a reasonable chance the stay is granted. Mind you this is granted and "pending resolution of Arris IPR" I only think this because of typical timeframe of IPR. So the petition was February then we recently have seen preliminary response. This is typical couple months. I think ultimately that the IPR will be denied institution but the way it plays out to me is stay granted (meaningless) then IPR denial by July/August (Which follows along with timeframe again). Then settlement discussions or dragged out to trial (doubt).

The kicker is all the previous Chanbond wins and consistent delays by the defendants. If im the judge, that makes my decision happen on June 13.
