I appreciate what you are doing (to be fair to shareholders / family) but am I correct in assuming based on your comment below that you have an auditor and are gathering information for him to finalize the process?

From Mark:

no- we have completed our financials for him to do a preliminary review on before he begins the actual audit. The audit shouldn't take but 60 days or so once started from my understanding.
