there were court battles and moneys owed, and an ex management person wanted to continue with this dream, and has spent a bunch of his own money on legal fees, and might get the company trading again shortly.

That will never happen, the name alone will not work. I still have those shares in my account and I look at them and think Wow. Then again I have quite a few like that. Penny Stocks are Penny Stocks.

so zion hasn't sunk yet but if they don't find commercial quantity oil on this well, they will repeat the path of ness.
