Canada should legalize in part to spite the US for this administrations moronic trade policies. But in reality, several Canadian provinces, like Ontario are heavily in debt and could use the tax revenue from legalizing weed and the reducuction in policing/legal/incarceration costs.

I have established a long swing position on VAPE that I plan to hold through July in hopes of Canada giving the markets a boost
