vc, mostly correct. But Wave has no announced relationship with HP's TPM PCs - except to the extent that HP is using Infineon chips. And Wave's software operates in this environment.

IBM PC-Atmel TPM chip - unbundled marketing arrangement.

Intel motherboard - fully bundled software for White Box market.

NSM TPM chip - fully bundled arrangement.

IFX TPM chip - unbundled marketing arrangement.

Atmel TPM chip - compatibility statement and unbundled marketing arrangement.

If there have been statements about complex services in any of these cases, I've missed them.
