Actually, I calculated it to be less than half of that: 20.3MM shares.

And this points out a prime reason that it is risky to provide management with more AS than is imperitive at this point in time. Management gets control of shares, and a little discrepency of Oh, an extra 30MM shares becomes not so big an issue when they have and extra 100MM or 200MM shares to maneuver with and dibby into for other needs. However, when it starts draining the pot toward critical levels, then management thinks a third and fourth, and even a fifth time before they run out and give away some extra shares making it that much harder for our investment here to appreciate.
