Question for anyone, please.

Premise: 1. The science is worth $$$
2. Linda will not let the company just die.

Question? Is it legal to announce an auction for our science, assets and debts to the highest bidder after 30 days?

This might drive the pps up enough to take the auction off the table and convert the warrants or sell more shares to keep us going till the un-blinding of the phase III results.
