However at this point in time ?, only a purchase of WMIH-Corp at $1.40 (ish) provides a future ROI', ... All of the other Class Defined Ownership Decisions and Choices' were made long ago', ...

With so much going on from the September Opinion (09/2011) through to the announcement of a Court forced mediated Settlement' (12/2011), I watched like everyone the 1st quarter of 2012, .... scramble ... the debtor lost, TPS lost, D.C was going to continue, and Rule 510 was going to be followed, the last creditor class (PIERS) would be capped' ...

All I did was diversify, 51% / 49%, plus a few dimeq voters', ... I rolled through the Plan's Implementation, saw the shares of WMI Holdings Corp., begin to trade at half of cash value, (50 cents ish') and loaded up in preparation for the future' ... (it's called - investing - )

After adjusting my entire cost of all WaMu spent back to 01/2006 to a quite manageable number, (I've been newco' green for a very long time), ... it was time to focus on the accumulation of the WMB Fixed Income, as the D.C. Litigation Continued' ...

obtaining ownership of the Tranche 5 Class 17's aligned with the FINRA' requirements, was no easy task, but again old school tenacity provided ...

Now, The Tranche 5 Class 17's are adjusting as I have posted, to those of us that have endured the WaMu Gauntlet', ... the financial rewards will be worth the time spent' ...
