Sounds great but a buyout at these prices would be a disaster for shareholders. We did not get a piece of Cognate like Ms. Powers did though we sure paid for Cognate. So sadly I can see it happening because our interests have never really been aligned.

Selling right before approval would be ridiculous and even a child could see it would violate a basic duty to shareholders as would selling without unblinding because Big Pharma could pay bottom dollar saying it is a pig in a poke.
