Help with AIM Spreadsheet, split safe, and "Vealing"

I have been searching through numerous posts and different boards, but for the life of me I cannot find a post or a tutorial that explains these new concepts and how to implement them in a new Excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet I am currently using has the categories right from the book: Stock value, Safe, Cash, Portfolio control, Buy/Sell advice, Market order, and Portfolio control.

I think I understand the concept of the split safe and if I'm not mistaken you simply create two separate categories (Safe Buy) (Safe Sell) instead of one Safe, and set them both at either 10% of stock value or one at 5 and the other at 10 or some such combination depending on the market's activity and whether or not you want more cash or more stock. I have not been able to find an adequate description on what Vealing is or how to implement it. Is there a post someone could link to where I can see these new concepts explained?

I believe there is also a new way to calculate buy/sell advice but, again, I am not sure what that is.

The layout of these boards is not very intuitive and extremely confusing. I have searched posts going back as far as 2009 and cannot find a clear concise explanation. I have also downloaded and run the Newport program, but I would much rather run my AIM in a spreadsheet. It seems much simpler. Thanks to all in advance!
