June 11th, is the next significant date. The hearing with the SEC. I have been reading up on the Judge put on our case. He is no pushover. If SPCL does not get their act together for him, we will get more than a 10 day suspension.
The way I see it is, if we show up with all the data that the SEC required of us plus some other data (request for ticker chang, ...) we will be back in business. If SPCL has most of the documents needed to meet the SECs requirements, but not all we might see a 90 business day suspension to get all remaining data filed with the SEC. if SPCL ignores the SEC completely our shares can see revocation.
Any way I look at it I am in this for the long haul. In It to Win It ... SPCL!
