...apparently this new administration has quite a bit of work to do to overcome the doubt-filled climate that Mr's. Huff and Dumas helped to create...

...six months ago, this would've moved GTE 70%-100%, IMO...

...gotta admire the new regime's well thought-out PR's...they urge patience AND caution...can't hurt!...Duke...
