Does it concern anyone that, per their contractual license agreement that:

"Submit final report on the results of drilling" Due: 31 May 2018"

I agree with you steve, it doesn't make sense on why they would not keep investors informed. The fear that I put to bed a year ago is creeping back that things don't seem right.
