There isn't a process, there isn't a DTCC eligible CUSIP. Nothing has been done to change that aspect.

They performed an RS, the TA pulled the original CUSIP physical certificate, that is all that has happened. The statement is correct, there is no legal way to pull the revoked publicly traded CUSIP and replace with a private company CUSIP. That is a fact and represented by a placeholder MARKER in your account because of that FACT.
