They could have issued 10 Billion Shares to half of India and you wouldn't know it. Unified could be a Bahamian Company right now and you wouldn't know it.

Or it might be owned by a guy who stays 12 nautical miles off shore in his 65 foot yacht with a SAT internet connection, who likes to run stock promotions and fleece investors who openly trust guys named Billy?

The point is Unified shareholders dont know whats going on because there is ZERO Governance. No one, my friends, is accountable because there is no Officer of this rat ship.
