No, I'm pretty sure there is no evidence that Mr. Marineo holds even a bachelor's degree in anything.

Outside of some papers where he falsely claimed to be a "Md, PhD" and "MD, Dsc," he has never claimed to have any degrees.

Also, he claims to be "associated" with the University of Tor Vergata, but there is no evidence that he is employed there.

He also claims to be the "Founder and manager of Delta Research & Development, Medical Bioengineering Research Centre with special convention..." Well, that appears to be nonsense as well.

Not only is there no such name mentioned on Tor Vergata's site, there is no phone number for the place.

And the address provided in the papers is this:

https://www.google.com/maps/place/Via+di+Mezzocammino,+85,+00127+Roma+RM,+Italy/@41.7915642,12.421427,3a,75y,51.7h,94.64t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sBOMVE8qvW2ugI0EsLe6hPA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!4m5!3m4!1s0x1325f35bf065badf:0x64758eaeec390f2d!8m2!3d41.7917359!4d12.4214385

...which is cute but hardly what one would expect of a "bioengineering research center."

At best, he may have gone to some vocational school and learned basic electronics.

Beyond that, he's pure fraud. Indeed, he was arrested for fraud at one point for claiming he could treat HIV infections using a device identical to the calmare. Go figure!
