"Professor" Marineo has deceived the public into believing he is a Professor. He basically holds a Bachelors of Science degree. Yes., that's right. A 4 year degree. Not a Masters nor a PhD.
Marineo also knows that his "Scrambler Therapy MC5A Pain Technology" machine is not a second generation device. The machine was manufactured by GEOMC for CTTC in 2010. Marineo took the EXACT same device, changed the name on the machine (pretty simple to change) and is selling the machine ILLEGALLY because Marineo does not have a 510(k) Clearance separate from CTTC's.
If you are representing a machine as a second generation with a new name--it does not fall under the original 510(k) Clearance.
But the "Deceptive" so-called Professor (BBS graduate) is knowingly-and fraudulently--selling the machine and misrepresenting it as an improvement over the inventory of machines manufactured in 2010. The same place he got his machines to rename--by taking off the Calmare logo.
Marineo is also about to go into legal battle with his co-inventors in Italy. Yes--that is correct--Marineo did NOT invent Calmare alone. And his former associates are none too pleased.
So, do not be deceived by unsubstantiated info being bandied about.
