So, it depends on how much they fund and when. In theory they already could have funded an amount that exceeds 11 million - say $550,000 at .05 - and all of those shares could now be sold. That would leave $3.45 million that is left to fund over the next 2 years - but none of the shares from those can be sold until they are registered.
Someone please correct me if wrong.
My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
