Thanks for the info Ted. After reading your (and 2business) posts and the S-1 from yesterday I did have a question; when will those 11 million shares be released/available to trade? It seemed like it would be 2 years, but 2 years from what date? I'm trying to learn as I go but sometimes the lingo can be a lot to unravel. Any (more) light you could shine would be appreciated.
