Th, while I believe it is a possible for LPC to orchestrate a sale of shares directly to someone, somehow I think after funding LWLG for over 7 years LPC knows what they have in hand investment-wise and at this point may actually want to keep their large chunk, and only be selling shares to allow themselves a adequate sized window so as not to ever exceed the 5% clause while fulfilling LWLG funding requirements
