Good post. I agree with your first point. On your second point, I think Roger hears what he wants to hear regarding status of audit. It's not shocking that this has taken 10 months given it's a three year audit. Roger dug a hole that he couldn't get out of on the communication front. I actually don't think there is an issue or issues but rather Ryan did not have the expertise to partner effectively with RBSM, hence the hiring of CFO squad.
