Do you even know what or how a float is locked ??

A locked float occours when insiders/debt holders agree to not sell anymore shares of stock into the market for a period of time, then the tradeable float is considered locked
In ANDI case that would be in excess of 2.1 Billion shares
Obviously the stock trades everyday, so the tradeabole float is still changing hands
whether more shares have been added to the tradeable float will be known about the 20th or so of June.

Obviously you can not know whether all have agreed to not sell shares so you do not know if the float is locked or not lol
