You are stating information from 2015. GRLT does own the rights to the Grillit concept. Any speculation that they do not is false and meant to cause further confusion about the company’s prospects.

The former management team did not have expertise in running restaurants - sourcing product, distributing to stores across multiple states or even staying focused on one idea at a time. I agree with TD, a relaunch would have to be focused on one market and growing within that market. Test consumer acceptance of the concept as a whole and individual product offerings. At that point it could be expanded in the region but multi state stretches the budget and ability for management to support the franchisees.

This company will trade above 1 by the end of the year. I’m in at 1 and holding for 3 and then 6. It will get a bounce when the first news hits that there is work being done on reviving the company.
