Exactly. These lights, however, are not the primary light source as in an indoor grow (I've a lot of experience there too). The sun is the best possible light intensity you can get (this is a greenhouse grow). The lights are supplemental and not installed for intensity purposes. I'm pretty sure they're on a pulley system as well.
