I have a little question for (Art) Everyone! It's about this Roundtrip/Daytrading BS. You know, only allow to do and buy and sell in the same say 4 times in a rolling 5 biz day period (or is it 3 times..)

Anyway, what if I bought 10k yesterday (btw, I'm not talking about AWYB!), and then sold those shares today, and then bought them back at a lower price plus a few more (I think they call this "flipping down"), and them sold those the same day and bought back again, again. Say I did that 3 times in a day, does that count?
