given the 2 scenarios i mentioned i would definitely rather have the first one that's all i'm saying, it doesn't take a math genius to know that more shares is automatic dilution of outstanding shares but some dilution might bring value (as in a deal) while other types would destroy value. read between the lines, some people understand what i'm saying.
