Creating more shares is never good. More often than not, it's a conduit for dilution in the form of Convertible Notes and/ or Restricted Shares for Insiders. When your shares were free or substantially discounted to begin with, there is no ambivalence about selling those shares for anything you can get. The pump precedes the dump. Some ADXS folks know what I mean. ;)
