Successful scammers don't look like scammers

Probably Kevin started out legit, but then discovered how it was easier to make money by telling stories than actually selling and delivering a product.

However he got there, he was flat-out lying the past few years.

Audits? Nope.
$1.1m from Chinese? Nope.
Deal with Cameroon / Nigeria / etc.? Nope.

If he had just been honest, the Chinese venture probably would have been very successful. They have a lot of money to throw at projects like this.
