no in the USA there is only one Actipatch now (darker blue packaging than the old three products). They want to introduce this to the UK as well as it helps incredibly with inventory and forecasts. Smart Insole is a different product altogether (smaller loop) which may get adapted for migraines as well.

It comes with a 3 inch wide wrap and velcro fasteners with diagram on how to wrap around the knee but fits around my ample waist easily as well.
