Don't get your hopes up on something happening Thursday. We already got the audited annual report - which was what we hoped for by Thursday.

It is possible that Scepter wants the last 2 Q's, but if I were in their position, I wouldn't really care about those. They are irrelevant because Q's are unaudited - mPhase could literally state anything they wanted. Further, I am guessing that they only wanted assurances that there will be no surprises - such as dilution or lawsuits. The auditor stated that there should be no surprises. This leads me to believe that the deal will go through. It is just a question of time.

Starting May 17, I am guessing the two companies have been talking regularly. There is still likely small details that will need to be worked out, but we can get an 8k any time now announcing that the deal will go through in principle. May be tomorrow, may be Thursday... may be 2 weeks from now. The sooner the better for me.
