When I read the name Brian Kistler a lightbulb exploded. Yes, he was indeed involved with the others you mentioned going back to 2007-08.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
