Yesterday I went to the grocery store for vidalia onions and buttermilk to make onion rings. I did not realize milk came in so many varieties now as I was searching for buttermilk.

In addition to soy there was almond, cashew, flax milk and I'm sure I missed a few and they come in all sorts of flavors.

And in case you're wondering Muscle Milk does not contain milk.

I think the cows need to unionize and sue for copyright infringement.

The onion rings were a huge success with our son. He said he didn't want to ever have frozen again. I said good and now you know how to make the real kind. He did get a kick out of making them.
