Another reason the spring refresh should be shorter.

By the time the current spring refresh started, about 80 percent of patients already completed the trial. Those patients (or their next of kin) are only followed up with phone calls (for progression and survival statistics). No more trial MRIs, no more trial blood/urine tests, etc. By the time this refresh ends, the number of people that have exited the study should be near 90 percent.

Basically, if there was another refresh after this one, it would only cover 10 percent of patient’s hard files, with the rest just being phone call follow up on progression/survival.
