Selling phones...would qualify as an investment in the company.

I don't see that at all. I'm not sure phones want to be purchased...just want to sell phones. I see a salesman as an employee -- not someone who has an investment in the company. JMO.

I agree completely. I have probably done more DD than most. Lately it has led me down a road to nowhere but I keep trying.
