BRK doesn't just sell cameras. They license their technology according to this press release from last year ...

BRK just started to make some money off of licensing their technology last year then legal issues happened ...

These are two of the press releases that took the price up to 40 cents per share last year.

Notice the second press release uses the language "patent pending". They weren't claiming it was patented yet.
