The $75,000 amount is a minimum threshold. It has no bearing on what the actual judgement amount is - other than it is above $75k.

I have seen this $75k amount defined in other cases on Pacer Monitor where the judgement ended up being for much more. I did some homework on this topic a few weeks ago.
