Well all of us investors hope that he can grow the brand. The reason any company goes public is to raise money to help them reach their goals, often by selling company stock, and then using the money to pay for the needs of the business. The facts are Sterling global is a real business, they went from trying to raise $25,000 through kickstarter a few years ago to selling their products in hundreds of stores and making over$800k in yearly revenue. Now they get the benefits of being publicly traded, while their brand which has been growing for 5 years keeps growing. Us investors don't care who is responsible for Sterlings future growth, we just want to be part of it. So, we need Brian to close the deal, then listen to all of the smart people at Sterling and associated with Brian and continue to grow a brand that is currently growing.
