I think us BIEL'ers all, are very pleased with the current and upcoming activities associated with the company's good fortunes. But, IMO, the relative low performance of BIEL's stock just doesn't make sense, especially in the midst of all this fantastic news surrounding BIEL. If the bloated O/S count, and/ the legal cloud which hangs over the owner-family business activities are not the impetus for the stock's less than stellar performance, then what is the reason(s)? If someone can possibly provide a plausible technical reason for this, other than that which was alluded to herein, it would be a help with understanding it all.
